1 tsp margarine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp vodka (optional)
4 oz smoked salmon, cut into slivers
1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 lb fettuccine noodles
