Este manastire de calugarite, 6 vietuitoare, reinfiintata in 1991, cu hramul "Sfintii Arhangheli Mihail si Gavriil" (8 noiembrie). Se afla in com. Targu Logresti, jud. Gorj, la 64 km N de Craiova (pe soseaua Craiova - Hurezani - Bibesti) si 35 km E de Tg. Carbunesti
