Ingredients:
400 g spaghetti
1 small can crushed tomatoes
4 tbsp olive oil
1/2 ball mozzarella, cut into small cubes
2 tbsp fresh parsley (1 tbsp if dried)
1 garlic clove, split
pinch of salt
pepper to taste
2 tsp oregano
grated Parmesan cheese
